RAD stands for Rape Aggression Defense and it is a self-defense program designed for women only. People can go to the website www.rad-systems.com and learn more about the RAD program.
The RAD program consists or a 12 hour course, broken down into 4 separate, 3 hour classes. It teaches women how to not only physically defend themselves if attacked, but also teaches them how to recognize and avoid dangerous situations.
Below is the September and December schedules for the RAD classes. All classes will begin at 6 pm and end at 9 pm. Cost for the class is $25.00. Mother/daughter students are strongly encouraged.
