Ham it up people

The Smyrna rescue squad has their first ham breakfast of the year planned this coming Saturday for those who wish to attend.

The Smyrna Rescue Squad’s first breakfast of year will take place from 6 to 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 17 at 200 Front Street.

The cost is $7 for adults and $3 for children ages 6 to 11. In addition to ham, the all-you-can-eat menu includes country ham, biscuits, gravy, grits, orange juice and coffee.

The rescue squad is a volunteer based organization and a real community asset.
