It might seem odd that I'm going to mention some land the town is selling, but I'm rather surprised that there have been no bids.
The land is on Mason Tucker drive and the initial bid price looks good. That and the fact that the lot is about the same size as other lots in the area intrigue me on why ther ehave been no bids. I wonder what it is zoned as.
