I'd also like to say that Hector was a fine waiter. He took great pride in his work as was obvious with the way that he bagged chips. You are probably asking yourself - how in the world could bagging chips demonstrate that someone takes pride in their work? You'll have to see for yourself.
Anyway, for great Mexican food at a fair price, you should visit

I too, must admit my love for Cozumel. The food is always great and you get a generous portion for the money. Great value, great food.
The appetizer--Nachos Cozumel is great. But bring a bring (or three) to try it out. They do great fajitas. My family and I have eaten fajitas there and done take out of fajitas as well...and they're always great.
I will also add the staff at Cozumel is the best. My chruch has a weekly contemporary worship service and afterwards we head out to Cozumel for dinner. The staff always does a great job of keeping us served and taken care of even when we descend upon them with 40 or more hungry Methodists...
