Yes, those are fish. And, yes, they are in the middle of Sam Ridley Pkwy (also known as Nissan Blvd), which is a 5-lane heavily travelled street in Smyrna. There are FISH in the middle of the STREET!!!!I would say the fish had the right of way, but I have not checked the regulations.

I wonder who had the right of way?
It seems the roads were open for some during the worst of this weekends disaster.
