Description     Moe is a 3 year old shih tzu / papillon mix.  He is a healthy, well behaved family dog that is good with kids...which is fabulous since small dogs are notorious for not liking children!  He is very active & loves daily walks.
His family surrendered him due to new apartment restrictions & a new baby.
