One of the people there commented that "We are closing. The last day will be around Dec. 11th".
As Kmart is an anchor store for that strip mall, this will not be good for the other businesses there.
With it being emptied soon, is there something you would like to go there in its place?

A grocery store like they have in the middle of mboro..jr food town..local owned and we need one in middle of SMYRNA!

Maybe another car lot, or like anonymous said another check cashing place. Downtown Smyrna could have been so nostalgic...like Franklin...but the city chose to let it turn into what it is...ugly.
