Free Quality Music

The Nashville symphony and Curb Youth Symphony is offering you a chance to hear some quality music. and it is FREE.  It is a trip to Nashville, but the cost, free, might make it worth the trip.

Berlioz – Symphonie Fantastique
Plus one additional work to be announced
Featuring some of Middle Tennessee’s most gifted young musicians, the Curb Youth Symphony joins forces with the Nashville Symphony to perform Berlioz’s Symphonie Fantastique, a work of genius that sounds every bit as astonishing today as it did two centuries ago.

A joint program of the Blair School of Music and the Nashville Symphony, Curb Youth Symphony is open by audition to local students in 8th through 12th grades. The Side-by-Side Concert is the culmination of their hard work over the past year and will also feature the still-to-be-announced 2017 Curb Concerto Competition winner.

Admission is FREE. Seating is general admission, and tickets will be available in the Main Lobby of Schermerhorn Symphony Center starting at 5:30 p.m. on the evening of the performance.
