Sessions Judge for Rutherford County.

Early voting has started and there are several races going on this year. One is for the position of a new sessions Judge. Here is a good DNJ article on the ones that responded to a questionnaire. We don't take one over the other, but we do hope you make an informed choice and take the time to go vote. Thanks.

On Aug. 4, voters will decide who will serve as Rutherford County's fourth general sessions judge.
The position was created by an act of the Tennessee General Assembly this spring to take on some of the criminal caseload at the behest of County Mayor Ernest Burgess and the three existing general sessions judges.
Early voting has started today, so if you have time and a candidate you like, go vote please.
