Also O'Charleys will be there selling hamburgers and hot dogs for $1.00 each. The airbrush tattoo airtist will be in the cafe selling her famous tattoo's. Silent Auction update: Progressive Martial Arts has given me a 1 yr membership valued at $1045.00. This is great deal as is the 6 month membership from Cox's Martial Arts valued at $650.00. Other itmes donated are some hair care products, a double feature dvd, lunch at Cuzumels in the Boro, Salon Nikki has given me 2 $35.00 gift cert., Krogers in the Boro has given us a $10.00 gift card, StarBucks has given us a pound of coffee, Blockbuster-5 free movie rentals, and much more to come. The silent auction forms will be up on Monday next week so you can stop by and place your bid! see ya then!!!

I am giving everyone an update on the fund raiser for the Heart of Tennessee Red Cross Chapter. The owners of the bowling center have decided to lower the price of bowling. It is now going to be $3.00 for children and $4.00 per adult per game plus shoe rental with half of all proceeds going to the Red Cross. This is going to be a great value that is also helping those in need out. I have confirmed that the firetruck, firehouse from the Town of Smyrna will be coming along with the Dare officers, K-9 unit, D.J., Karaoke, inflatable, dunking booth, airbrush tattoo artist, O'Charleys will be bringing their mobile kitchen, games, P.A.W.S, and much much much more. What I am needing now from the people of our great town is volunteers and items donated for the silent auction. Also O'Charleys is only going to donate one case of small burgers and buns so I would like for those with a group or church to come forward and donate food items to sell to raise money. If you or your group can help please email me at bearroller9640@yahoo.com.

Also we will be selling wristbands for all events except for food and airbrush artist for $5.00 for unlimited play outside.Food will be sold through the mobile kitchen and all money will be donated. So come on Smyrna stand up and help with this event!

UPDATE: Confirmed today that the National Guard will be bringing a rock climbing wall along with one of their Hummers

Fund raiser update:

As the month of April comes and goes and we get ready for the month of May, I am working hard on a fund raiser for the Red Cross, Rutherford county chapter. I have secured a dunking machine that is provided by the La Vergne Lions Club, also an airbrush tattoo artist, A d.j. spinning 70's music, Smyrna fire dept will be bringing a firetruck, and our very own congressman Bart Gordon is going to try to attend this event. What I need from the people of Northern Rutherford county is things for donation to the silent auction. I am also needing volunteers to help with getting things together plus help out the day of the fund raiser. anyone want to work the dunking booth would be great too! Our state is known as the Volunteer state so Smyrna and La Vergne step up and lets make this event one to remember. Feel free to comment here or email me at bearroller9640@yahoo.com.

UPDATE: I have now reserved an inflatable from spacewalk of Murfreesboro and they also own Cox martial arts which they are donating a gift cert for 6 months of martial arts class valued at $650. this is a great item for our silent auction!

update #2: Our sponsors:

I wanted to give a big shout out to our sponsors so far that are helping us with this huge event coming up at the end of May. I want to thank them and hope we get many more that want to attend this event.
